AGREEMENT FORM License Agreement By downloading, installing, copying or otherwise utilizing any images exclusively provided to you by the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, NDSS is unwilling to license any images for use. In such event, you may not use, copy or distribute said images in any manner under penalty of law. The images posted for re-use from NDSS are licensed; not sold. All rights remain with NDSS, and NDSS reserves any additional rights not expressly granted to you by this Agreement. NDSS grants you the non-exclusive right to download the images from this photo library and to use them cost and royalty free, according to the following specific terms of this Agreement. Acceptable Use: Use is acceptable only in news editorial content, educational/informational print and online publications, and other mediums deemed appropriate by NDSS, for the purpose of promoting positive public awareness of individuals with Down syndrome. Prohibited Use: - You may not sell any image file(s) received from NDSS. - You may not distribute any image file(s) received from NDSS to other parties - You may not use any images without displaying the proper copyright notice as follows: "Photo courtesy of the National Down Syndrome Society." - You may not use any image from the NDSS Web site if it is not included for distribution in the photo library section. - You may not use any images in conjunction with pornography, or in any manner that is in any way offensive to or defamatory of any person or organization. NDSS reserves the right to deem the appropriateness of an intended usage. - All images/files from the NDSS Web site are not part of public domain. NDSS may terminate this Agreement and all rights granted herein immediately upon any breach by you of this Agreement. In the event of such termination of this Agreement by NDSS, you must immediately cease all use of NDSS images in your possession. Other restrictions may apply.
