Hi!  My name is Lindsey.  I am 18 years old and I like swimming, school, coloring, playing cards, singing along with my radio, playing board games with my brothers and cooking!  I am very proud of my family, participating in the Buddy Walk and being involved in the Special Olympics the last eight years as an athlete.  I hope to become homecoming queen at my high school and I really enjoying cooking so I want to become a chef!

My family and I participate in the Down Syndrome Association of Acadiana Buddy Walk in Lafayette, Louisiana.  We have been a part of the Buddy Walk for 2 years.  My favorite Buddy Walk memory is having my whole family walk with me and raising over a $1000 and entering the Buddy Walk Hall of Fame! I also enjoy all the good food and music!
