Emilee's parents describer her as an energetic two-year-old who loves singing, dancing and playing in the water. A resident of Greensboro, NC, Emily also enjoys watching Barney, Elmo, and Teletubbies on television.

Emily's family is proud of her determination to achieve at everything she does and her unconditional love for everyone she meets. In the future, they simply hope that she is able to accomplish what she'd like to accomplish to the best of her abilities, and that she will be accepted by others in the same way that she accepts everyone else.

Emily and her family participated in their first Buddy Walk last year in Greensboro, and are planning on attending again this year.
